Credentials and Background
I have been in the legal field since 1979 - initially as a legal assistant for 10 years and then was commissioned as a Notary Public in 1989.
More recently in February 2012, I became licensed as a real estate representative with Prudential Sussex Realty working alongside my husband, Dave Lund.
Over the years I also participated in a mediation practicum through the BC Dispute Resolution Practicum Society which included provincial court mediations as well as attended and completed Family Law Mediation sponsored by the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC.
Practise
My practise consists primarily of real estate conveyancing transactions. I have represented literally thousands of sellers and buyers over the years as well as represented the major financial institutions in the preparation of mortgages and refinancing.
Personal
On a personal note, I love interior design and photography, and can be seen regularly hiking the North Shore Trails with my husband and our labs. I also enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, and running.
